Youth Visions for Stronger Neighborhoods is a nationwide project to help teens learn skills to improve their communities. River City Youth Foundation in southeast Austin, Texas is one of eight grantees for 2004. (more)

About River City Youth Foundation
Since 1983 River City Youth Foundation has served Austin youth to increase the number of Dove Springs youth who practice safe, healthy and positive lifestyles, including being college and career bound. (more)

In 1999 the Foundation won a first place National Keep America Beautiful Award for transforming an abandoned site into a beautiful 2-acre parkland and youth facility called the Success Center. (more)
